Upload the Excel workbook you already use (sheets PR, Bidding, PO, VENDOR, PLANT, PGR). Each upload replaces the stored data, and Procie records which PR lines are new or changed status.
Connect a mailbox later to send requests and track replies. Sign-in should happen through a secure provider flow.
Your data is stored in your own Cloudflare D1 database. Email sending comes next: until then, the Email tracker only previews who each status would email.
